To contribute to the reduction of incidence of HIV/AIDS among injecting drug users, their partners and their families, which will contribute to increased quality of life for IDUs in India.

To increase the utilization of risk reduction services by Injecting Drug Users in Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, Chennai and Imphal. The project will provide risk reduction services to at least 1500 IDUs in the 5 cities over a three-year period.
